Psalm 113 & 114
The Psalms repeatedly tell us that praise of God is central to how we live. Praise changes the way we view the people around us. Praise changes how we view the circumstances of our lives. Praise helps put things in perspective. Scripture teaches us this is how we live. Of course it is difficult. For our culture teaches us there is never enough. That we should not be content, that life will be better when we obtain __________ (you fill in the blank). It is our choice which becomes the focus of our lives. The praise of God or the desire for more.
