Weekend Food Diet

The weekend food diet begins on Friday evening. The food listed below is all you eat for Saturday and Sunday. On Monday morning, you resume your normal food.

Each person participating gets:
2 instant oatmeals
1 single serving individual spaghetti
1 breakfast bar
1 apple1 lunch size applesauce

All members in the household share:
1 medium size jar of peanut butter
